In Loving Memory of Devin Totherow, 25

BRACEVILLE TOWNSHIP, Ohio — With heavy hearts, we remember Devin Totherow, 25, of Leavittsburg, Ohio, who lost his life Friday night in a tragic two-vehicle crash in Trumbull County.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol’s Warren Post said the crash happened at approximately 9:26 p.m. on September 11, 2026, on State Route 5 near the intersection of State Route 82 in Braceville Township.

According to investigators, a 2001 Ford Mustang operated by a juvenile was traveling westbound on State Route 5 and attempted to turn left into a private parking lot. As the Mustang traveled left of center into the eastbound lanes to complete the turn, it was struck by Totherow, who was traveling eastbound on a 2011 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide.

Totherow was transported by EMT Ambulance to St. Joseph Warren Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. Authorities said it remains unknown whether he was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.

Braceville Fire and EMS, EMT Ambulance, Allen’s Towing and Harshman’s Towing assisted at the scene. The Ohio State Highway Patrol continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the fatal collision.

Devin’s passing has left loved ones and friends mourning a life lost far too soon. His memory will live on in the hearts of everyone who knew and cared for him.
